LFHS Weights and Agilities offers (2) June camps. (FRWT) camp is open to incoming Freshman, and (WT) camp is open to incoming Sophomore, Junior and Senior boys and girls. All athletes are welcome!



District 115 residents only. Camp meets at West Campus on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.



Athletic oriented weight training and conditioning program. Emphasis is placed on a training program to maximize strength and speed. Highly recommended for athletes interested in preparing for upcoming interscholastic seasons.



A non-refundable $25 registration fee is included in the camp cost. Fees are not pro-rated at any time.
